...it's a meeting of Twinkies!
TwinkyMeet is a cozy furry meetup with the goal of bringing together members of the Twinky Arts fursuit family for a long weekend of creativity, connection, and fun! What started as an idea in the family group chat has grown to an annual event that offers members of the Twinky Arts fursuit family a communal alternative to typical furry conventions.
This year, we'll be heading to the beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado, with our homebase residing in the festive town of Estes Park, about 10 minutes away from the park's eastern entrance and 90 minutes from Denver. This provides direct access to some of the best hikes, lakes, and views of nature in the country, while still having access to cozy town for food, supplies, and even a public fursuit walk!
Also new for this year, TwinkyMeet has been redesigned from the ground up to fit somewhere in-between a weekend getaway and a fully-fledged convention. We're now offering a structured way to attend activities hosted by your fellow 'Meet mates! Want to lead a hike? Give a cooking lesson? Hold a photoshoot? Hold a kinky photoshoot? The choice is yours! Our welcoming atmosphere encourages both participation and relaxation; join in on group activities or enjoy some downtime in nature at your own pace.

We get it, things are expensive these days, and we would hate to have that get in the way of spending some time with your fursuit family. New for this year, we are offering financial aid to help fulfill our goal of making this event accessible to everyone in our fursuit family.

- Payment Plans: Spread your payment over multiple installments to make budgeting easier. Payment plans are available for those who need them.
- Cost Bundling: We will take as much of the cost to attend into consideration when generating your payment plan. This includes travel, lodging, food, and activities if necessary.
- Confidential Process: All requests are handled privately and confidentially. There's no shame in asking for help.
If you're interested in attending with financial aid, mention it when you RSVP or reach out to the organizers directly. We'll work with you to find a solution that works for your situation!
Food Situation
Time for eating meals will be avaliable throughout the event. The balance between communal and self-provided meals will decided closer to the evenet. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so we can accommodate everyone's needs.

Detailed parking and travel information will be provided to confirmed attendees. Carpooling is encouraged! We'll set up a coordination system to help attendees connect for shared rides.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the age limit of this event?
All attendees must be 21 years or older. This will allow for the serving of alcohol at the event as well as allowing attendees to host mature events for adults only.
How much will it cost?
The estimated cost is $500-$800 per person for the weekend. This covers your cut of the venue rental, shared accommodations, group meals, and does not include your price of travel (flights/rental cars). Final pricing will be confirmed closer to the event. We keep costs reasonable to make the event accessible to everyone! Payment information will be provided when you RSVP.
Can I bring a guest (+1)?
+1s will generally be accepted, especailly if they are a signifigant other, however due to our intimate group size, we ask that you check with organizers before bringing other guests. There's a +1 option in the RSVP form and we'll follow up to discuss!
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please list all dietary restrictions and allergies in your RSVP form. We'll make sure to accommodate your needs with appropriate meal options!
Do I need to bring my fursuit?
Technically no, but that would kinda defeat the purpose of hosting a meet for a specific fursuit family, right? It is highly encouraged that you (and any of your guests if they have one) at least bring your head to the meet if you have one, but everyone is welcome either way.
What's the schedule like?
We have a mix of organized activities and free time. You're welcome to participate in everything or just the activities that interest you. Check out our schedule page for the full lineup!
Can I suggest or host an activity?
Absolutely! We encourage attendees to propose activities. Use our activity submission form to suggest something you'd like to host or participate in. Chances are, it'll get approved :)
